I reached out online because this location was the only one that had the unit we wanted. It was still being built. We started our process in April and had delivery of our new beautiful 5th wheel July 30. Greg our salesman was great. Since we were out of state, he walked us through every step. To my surprise, their projected delivery date was right on time from the beginning. The process was easy, just wish we could met Gregg and Peter... (finance) personally. On a Saturday morning we had somewhat of a crisis, of our own making, with our RV we had recently purchased at RVOne Tampa. Honestly, we did not expect to get much help on a Saturday morning but thought we'd give it a try. We called and spoke to Laurie the service advisor on duty. I had spoken to Laurie before and always had a good experience so I was somewhat more optimistic at this point. After I explained our situation she said we could bring... it in and she would try to get to it as soon as she could. But frankly, she did not expect to accomplish much until Monday or Tuesday. A couple of hours after we had dropped it off, much to our surprise, she called to say they had found a remedy for our situation. Although not a permanent fix as we will need a part to make the fix permanent, we are able to use the RV if necessary before the part arrives. I have to say we were very surprised to get a call from Laurie the very same day. She knew we were quite concerned about the time it would take to get the RV serviced and said she wanted us to be able to sleep better that night. Her care for us as customers was remarkable and we were very thankful. She exceed our expectations. Thank you Laurie!!read more

We purchased a 2021 Patriot MH. Our review, more than likely, is a little different as we have purchased travel trailers through a 44 ft. diesel bus, and this more than likely will be our last RV. Needless to say, I think we've seen it all. We carefully chose RV One, Tampa, and hoped everything would go smoothly. We had a few glitches that were resolved in a very professional manner, even though they came on the unit from the factory. Then 10 days later -Found a few things to address that fell under my 30 day warranty. Working with our service advisor has been a savior for RV One Superstore, because prior to the new Mgr. taking over and assigning Laurie as our new service advisor, we were livid, (ANGRY AS HELL). Even thought it took over 3 months to get the correct parts ordered in from Jayco Inc. and our 2021 RV Trailer completed, Laurie always made herself available to us and she always answer every call, that made our wait a little less frustrating, and she... made sure that the things that could be fixed was fixed, while we waited for the parts on the wood cabinet to get in and be replaced.Thank you Laurie and her new Manager for stepping up and taking care of your customer. I purchased my 2021 Jayco Greyhawk earlier this year at RV One. After several camping trips I discovered a few things that needed attention. I called the service department and got Russy Persad. When I arrived for my scheduled appointment, Russy went to the MH with me. We did a complete walk around and walk through while I pointed out all the trivial and not so trivial things that needed attention. He spent time listening and understanding... my concerns. He even tried to remedy one issue on his own by googling and watching you tube videos.Parts were ordered and knowing I was going on a cross-country trip in about a month, he could not promise they would arrive in time, BUT he would do his best to make it happen. He kept me informed as to the progress of the repairs and about the ordered parts.He informed me that everything was completed, I could pick up the MH on the day I was hoping to!!! He double checked the work himself.Russy went above and beyond to help me get my MH back in time for my upcoming Journey. We traded out 2015 Jayco pinnacle 5th wheel for a 2021 Jayco pinnacle 5th wheel. Monica will make a deal happen.We had some issues,but our Service Wrighter (Laurie) and the head of the service department (Richard)put a plan together to get us back out and on the road.Great people.

We stopped by RV One in Tampa to look at a used Grand Design and Greg was our salesman. He was wonderful, walked us through the trailer, answered all of our questions and we purchased the travel trailer. Pickup was in two weeks and Greg communicated with us throughout the process. We hired a private inspector to check the camper prior to pick up and everything went very smoothly. They had the camper hooked up and ready for the inspector. It was... such a smooth process. We came to pick up and Raul walked us through the camper, explaining how everything worked and was very thorough and helpful. There was a mix up with the hitch and he sorted it out and fixed it immediately. Overall-great experience!!read more

We could not be more satisfied with the purchase of our new Jayco from RV One in Tampa. Our saleswoman Stephanie Lewis made the entire buying process very easy. We never felt pressured and we always felt she had our best interest in mind. During the process Stephanie always made herself available to answer our questions and she was constantly following up with us. This has continued even after purchase. RV One in Tampa will stand behind their products and not leave the customer with a warranty denial by the manufacturer. This is my second Jayco travel trailer and RV One has never charged me a dime and always fought to get items covered under the 2 year warranty. I appreciate the extra effort from the family business and the service department seeing issues to resolution. Thank you for the much appreciated customer service!

Bought our 2nd RV from RV One this week from Adam. I wouldn't change a thing. I went in knowing what I wanted and needed and there was no attempt to change my mind. I was provided with the service and products I wanted and needed and the whole process was incredibly simple. Adam is great to work with and I'll buy from him and RV One again.

Rich, I wanted to send you a note regarding your team’s service after a mistake in the service department caused damage to my new Jayco 31 MB Fifth Wheel kingpin and my Reese Hitch. I am a manager in a customer success organization where we get exceptionally high NPS scores and as such I have very high expectations for customer service. I know that many RV Dealerships and their service departments do not receive very many good reviews or good... feedback, and as such, I felt I should take the time to thank you and commend you and your team on the way they handled my situation.As a first-time 5th wheel owner, I am not fully accustomed yet to the reaction and sounds that come from a 5th wheel orbital kingpin setup. My previous bumper pull trailers had an Equalizer hitch which made so many knocks and loud sounds when you make turns, that I am pretty much oblivious to sounds coming from the hitch. So you can imagine my surprise and sick to my stomach feeling I got when I arrived at Disney’s Fort Wilderness to see that my hitch was mangled and my kingpin had some buckling. This was late Sunday evening and your office was closed. That night and early into the morning, I was dreading how the call was going to play out with RV One and what hoops I was going to have to jump through to get my rig fixed. I called on Monday morning and spoke with Lori, who was very calm and responsive which started to bring my stress level down. She took down the details on the incident and advised you would call me back shortly after getting out of a meeting. Your response on that call less than an hour later was the definition of excellent customer service:- you acknowledged the issue and owned the resolution immediately and I was instantly relieved and felt valued- you assigned Lori and Scott to spearhead the coordination of ordering the parts and scheduling the repairs and again, I felt valued and relieved knowing that a plan was already in placeIt is one thing to say the right things to the customer, but it is another to deliver on the stated promises and communicate often with the customer. Your team did all of these things. That afternoon, Lori called me back and gave me an update. I also spoke with Scott in the parts department to give him details around my kingpin and he helped me solve my lack of transportation problem (just needed to remove the hitch from my truck – after removing 4 cotter pins/bolts and I was back in business with my truck). Each day following I would either receive a call from Lori or Scott on the status of the parts and the service plan. Friday, your service crew arrived at my campsite, reviewed everything with me, and got to work on switching out the kingpin and the hitch. Several hours later, they were done. I checked out of Disney on Sunday and drove my rig home and it was easily the smoothest towing experience I have ever had (plus not one single bang or loud sound coming from my truck or hitch).This Jayco is the 3rd RV I have purchased from RV One (Two from Tampa and One from Orlando) and I will continue to recommend and buy from RV One in the future.read more
